How You Can Help
The Roosevelt High School Music Department Boosters was organized in 1975 by parents who felt there was a need to get parents involved with their child's school activities. The boosters provide much needed support to operate the band in an efficient manner. This support allows the director to concentrate on the teaching of the students. All parents who have a son or daughter in the band and orchestra program are automatically a booster member. We encourage all parents to come out and be involved with their son's/daughter's music activity and at the same time assist with the operations of the music department.
Donate to the Music Department
We kindly ask each family to donate $25 per child to assist the band and orchestra to offset some of the expenses we incur each year. Some of the expenses each year include bus transportation, practice equipment, and awards. Every dollar counts and we greatly appreciate your support!
You can download the form below, print it out and mail it to the school along with a check payable to the "Roosevelt Music Boosters". Make sure to mark the envelope "ATTN: Mr. Gregg Abe" so the office will know to put it in his mailbox. Or you may fill out the form and send a scan or photo of the completed form to "[email protected]" and pay by clicking on the button below.

Communications
We are no longer using Charms as a communications tool. We will be utilizing this website, e-mail and our social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) for any news and updates. Please contact our Boosters at [email protected] with any questions. You may also reach out to Mr. Abe, but please allow for some time for him to respond while he is on leave.
